2. Networks Maintenance/SLA
We are ready to take maintenance services (SLA) for all network components, such as Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, UPS and other components, in order keep every piece of the network must work properly.
Service Level Agreement
Service Level Agreement (“SLA” or “Agreement”) between NGIT Networks and our valuable clients for the provisioning of IT support and services. We will respond to clients support and service related incidents or requests submitted by the clients within the agreement periods.
